The Wishfarmers came-through for the USC Media Solutions Lab and XM Satellite Radio, by producing a song-length machinima video on extremely short notice. In just three days, our resident wizards had produced the video from our own script treatment.
The film (scored by request to Daughtry’s “Crash”), features Wishfarmers Fade Dana and Fedor McNally, and topics specific to USC’s own presentation.
We were thrilled to perform our magic for USC and one of our favorite products, XM Satellite Radio!
Watch this space for a more accessible edit, coming soon.

The Wishfarmers will be at the 2007 Second Life Community Convention, held this year in Chicago, Illinois on August 24th- 26th.
We are proud sponsors of the convention, and would love to meet you there. If you’re going to the show, drop us a line and arrange for a chat!

IM Gary Bukowski, KStarfire Rich or Max Case for a teleport, or search in-world events for AccuWeather or The Wishfarmers.
We’ll see you there!
The Wishfarmers teamed-up with global staffing solutions provider Kelly Services to launch their first virtual presence in Second Life, with a debut party on 4/21 featuring live music and fun giveaways in an immersive, lighthearted environment.
The Kelly Island will serve as a base for Kelly’s ongoing virtual initiatives. It aims to amuse and engage SL residents, without suffering the all-too-common ‘boring virtual headquarters’ effect. You can expect lots of exciting (and functional) developments in the future.
Visit the Kelly Island in Second Life, and take a look at their meta-site on the web.

Wishfarmer Gary Bukowski will be at Virtual Worlds 2007 in New York City on March 28th - 29th, 2007. If you’re going to the show, or will be in the area, why not arrange for a chat?
Contact us or mail garyd@wishfarmers.com to get ‘the hookup’.
See you there!

The ‘Farmers stepped-up to help SAVE free SecondLife education, by jump-starting the grassroots community action founded and run by students.
Headed by self-described “newbies” Sardogwill Taringa and Rona Blackhawk, the project hopes to provide a voice for the in-world student community in response to Linden Labs’ recent decision to cease instructor incentives for sponsored classes in-world.
Visit SaveInstructors.org for ongoing coverage.
The Wishfarmers are proud to support this positive community effort, and we’re confident that both short- and long-term solutions to the issue are possible.
